Cancellations: A refund of your advance payment (less $10.00 service fee) will be made with a 14 day prior notice. After the 14 day cut-off the refund will only be made if the room is re-rented. The refund can also be in the
form of a Gift Certificate for another stay in the same room with no service fee.
